- All WW55 members will be promoted to its respective VIP tier automatically at the 1st of the month.
- All WW55 VIP members are required to achieve the VIP Maintenance Turnover Requirement and VIP Maintenance Deposit Requirement to maintain their current VIP Tier.
- In the event that an WW55 member fails to achieve the VIP Maintenance Turnover Requirement, their VIP Tier will be updated to its respective eligibility based on the turnover requirement.
- Any of WW55's special bonus' deposit and turnover will not be counted in the VIP deposit and turnover requirement.

Terms & Conditions:
- Only Net Loss will be taken into the calculation as weekly accumulated loss amount to be eligible for rescue bonus (Net Loss = Gross Loss - Rebate)
- The time period considered for calculating the weekly accumulated loss amount starts from Monday 00:00:00 [GMT+8] and ends on Sunday 23:59:59 [GMT+8].
- Min payout for rescue bonus if SGD10.
- WW55 VIP members that have claimed any other bonus, the members will be disqualified from claiming this Rescue Bonus.
- WW55 VIP members that have only a single game/match played during the week are not eligible for the weekly rescue bonus.
- VIP Weekly Rescue Bonus will require 3 times turnover before any withdrawal is made.
- Members will be notified via inbox message / Whatsapp after the checking period (1 day).
- VIP Weekly Rescue Bonus will be credited into the game wallet selected by a member every Monday between 00:00:00 [GMT+8] to 23:59:59 [GMT+8].
- VIP Monthly Free Credit can only be claimed once per month. Bonuses will be given based on the latest VIP Tier.
- VIP Monthly Free Credit will be credited on the 1st day of the month between 00:00:00 [GMT+8] to 23:59:59 [GMT+8].
- All WW55 VIP members are only allowed to redeem Birthday Angpao 7 days before or after their birthday by submitting their proof of identity (i.e. National Identity Card, Passport, etc.) to our customer service.
- VIP Monthly Free Credit and VIP Birthday Angpao will require 1 time turnover before any withdrawal is made.
